Tolerance in titanium and steel alloys
Integrate ultra-fast pulse technology into your production line. Reduce tolerances, eliminate burrs, and optimize each cycle without modifying your current layout.
Request technical quoteThe tolerances indicated in our technical drawings correspond to controlled laboratory conditions (23 °C, 45 % RH). In real production environments, precision may vary by ±0.02 mm due to thermal expansion of the base material. It is recommended to validate each batch using the provided dimensional verification protocol.
Ultrafast pulse technology is qualified for carbon steels, stainless steels (300 and 400 series), aluminum alloys (6061, 7075), and titanium grades 2 and 5. Results are not guaranteed on materials with organic coatings not specified in the order's technical data sheet.
Published prices and delivery times apply to B2B orders with a minimum quantity of 500 units per reference. For pilot series or prototypes of up to 50 pieces, a customized quote is required through the engineering department.
The buyer is responsible for verifying that the geometry and technical specifications of the CAD file match the final required part. Ultrafastlase does not assume costs for rework resulting from errors in the submitted design. A joint review prior to production is recommended.
All technical documentation, drawings, and process parameters shared with the client are confidential and may not be transferred to third parties without written authorization. Molds and tooling specifically developed for an order remain in the workshop's custody for 24 months.
Delivered parts are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects for 90 consecutive days. Returns due to changes in the client's design once production has started are not accepted. Any claim must be submitted within 5 business days after receipt.
Every benefit is backed by engineering applied to high-demand metallurgy.
