Ultrafastlase provides engineering services and manufacturing of parts through ultrafast pulse laser cutting for B2B clients in the automotive and aerospace sectors. The scope includes machinery integration, technical consulting, and production of components with millimeter tolerances according to contractual specifications.
The client undertakes to provide technical drawings, materials, and complete specifications before the start of each project. Ultrafastlase undertakes to carry out the work with industrial quality standards, using calibrated machinery and trained personnel. Any modification to the original scope must be agreed upon in writing.
Ultrafastlase will be liable for manufacturing defects attributable to its processes for a period of 90 calendar days from delivery. No liability is assumed for damages arising from misuse of the parts, unauthorized modifications, or compliance with specific client regulations that have not been communicated in writing. In no event shall total liability exceed the value of the corresponding purchase order.
Either party may terminate the contract for material breach upon prior written notice with 15 days' notice. In the event of force majeure or an act of God, obligations shall be suspended without penalty. Work already performed must be paid in full.
Ultrafastlase reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to active clients by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the modifications come into effect will imply acceptance of them.
